If you can not find a solution to
your problem in the

within the program, by way of the

We would welcome your
feedback. In order for us to keep
developing Carpet Systems we need to
know if we are giving you the
software you want. We are also
considering bringing out future
versions as leaseware and would
welcome your comments on this.
Leaseware would allow us to give
more time to the ongoing development
of the program and invest in further
program enhancements such as a new
report writer. Please click
here to
complete the survey. |

The
UK VAT rate will change to 20% on
the 4th of January 2011. To ensure
the program charges the correct rate
you need to change the VAT rate in
the program. To do this click
'Settings' on the menu bar, then
click 'Company Settings', select the
'Program Settings' tab and you will
see the VAT rates. Change the
default VAT rate to 20%. All new
orders will now bee calculated at
the new rate. Older order will show
the rate applied at the date the
order was created.
