Survey Reports

Pre-purchase Survey

If you are in the process of purchasing a property, your surveyor may suggest you seek specialist advice if he comes across any areas of damp, rot or woodworm infestation. We can provide your solicitor, bank or building society with a full comprehensive report on the property. If remedial works are recommended as a result of our survey we will include budget costs for these works. Should you proceed with the purchase of the property, the cost of the survey and report can be deducted from the cost of any works carried out by us.

Pre-sale Survey (Home Report)

You are now required to provide any future purchaser of your property with a detailed report on it's condition. We can carry out a full survey on your property and provide you with a written report to dispel any concerns a purchaser may have regarding damp, dry or wet rot and woodworm. Naturally, if we come across any problems during the survey, we can bring this to your attention, advise on putting the matter right, carry out the work and produce the necessary guarantees to accompany your Home Report.
